Wear It Out is a youth campaign to encourage conscientious consumerism by encouraging young people to participate in a ‘fashion fast’: a period of not buying new clothing. It is a province-wide initiative supported by Toms, Summer Madness, 3Rock, Tearfund, Fields Of Life, Big House, Damaris, Stand By Me and the Girls’ Brigade.
For the Guinness World Record attempt at Stormont, we were involved right the way through from liaising with the Guinness Organisation, to booking marquees and writing risk assessments. On the day, we co-ordinated the event management and also provided live audio reinforcement with our lovely Logic VA system, through blazing sunshine to hailstones (all in the space of a few short hours).
